The Award is organized by the Russian Music Union (RMS). The Russian Music Union was established to provide comprehensive support to professional musicians – members of the Union, both music veterans and aspiring authors and performers.
Among the priorities of the Russian Music Union is to promote the development and implementation of cultural, charitable and educational projects; to organize and conduct concerts, festivals, tours, creative competitions, art exhibitions, and thematic seminars.
The Russian Music Union pays great attention to the dissemination and popularization of the music of Russian authors and performers – both classical and modern, and cooperates with major music publishers.
